MAKING AN ORDER
When you place an order for a product, or products, from Louis Stone Optical Limited you are agreeing to buy it at the price stated, and you agree to these terms & conditions.

Online - on receipt of your order an automatic response will be sent (please check it). Should you need to amend your order or spot any discrepancies phone the sales office immediately on +44 (0)29 2073 5293

By phone - orders can be made by phoning our sales team on +44 (0)29 2073 5293. We endeavour to send out all orders received by 3.30pm overnight if in stock. If items ordered are not in stock you will be informed of expected delivery date.

A fully detailed invoice will accompany all deliveries.

PRICES
All prices quoted on our website are subject to VAT at the current rate (where applicable). All prices quoted in GB Sterling (£). All prices & product information are accurate and are constantly kept up to date. Louis Stone Optical Ltd reserves the right to make adjustments to prices and information at any time. If this occurs & affects an order we will contact you as soon as possible, so that you can agree to any changes, make an amendment or cancel the order. CREDIT CARD SECURITY
Louis Stone Optical Ltd takes the security of your personal information very seriously. All card payments are processed through Secure Trading who supply us with a secure online payment system, guaranteeing that your personal details and transactions are secure. SecureTrading are fully accredited as a Level 1 PCI DSS compliant provider, the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) which is essential to all businesses who take card payments from their customers. All businesses that store, process or transmit cardholder data are required to be PCI compliant. Any business which is not compliant may receive heavy fines. PCI is a standard set out by the top 5 major credit organisations to ensure that anyone who processes, stores, or transmits cardholder data has robust processes and hardened network I.T. infrastructure – referred to as the PCI data security standard (DSS).

DELIVERY
All orders are normally dispatched within 3-5 days. If the item is out of stock or requires special customization we aim to dispatch these items within 10-15 working days and will be made apparent at point of sale. If there is likely to be a delay we will inform you as soon as possible.

Free Delivery - For orders of £20+ we offer free delivery to any UK University Optical Departments or UK Mainland Optical Practices (No house addresses)

Delivery Charges - For orders less than £20 or deliveries to home addresses a charge will be made. You will be able to review this cost before you have agreed the transaction.

HANDLING AND SHIPPING
Louis Stone Optical Ltd deliver worldwide subject to Force Majeure or any such shipping updates enforced. To ensure quick, efficient and secure delivery we use several trusted delivery partners FedEx, Optical Courier Service (OCS), Royal Mail, TNT & UPS.

WARRANTY
Louis Stone Optical Ltd warrants that it will provide at its discretion the repair or replacement of goods due to faulty parts/workmanship (subject to examination) for a period of 12 months from date of delivery.

Warranty invalid if a repair has been carried out/attempted by purchaser or third party.

Warranties in respect of Goods provided to or within non-European Union member countries shall apply in that country only.

RETURNS
Please inspect all orders thoroughly on receipt. If you believe goods are damaged or faulty, please contact our sales team on +44 (0)29 2073 5293 or email info@louisstone.co.uk within 7 days of date of invoice otherwise claims cannot be made. On receiving your call or email of any claim we will provide you with all the information regarding the return of damaged or faulty goods. Please do not return any goods prior to contacting our sales team.

VOLK ENGRAVING
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on Volks that have been engraved.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
Will be in accordance with your statutory rights unless expressly otherwise agreed by the company. Your statutory rights are not affected.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
We endeavour to respond to all complaints within three working days. Please email info@louisstone.co.uk or call us on +44 (0)29 2073 5293. If for any reason we cannot resolve your complaint immediately we will advise you on how long we expect it will take and keep you fully informed throughout the process.
